According to the latest information from Yihangyun: At around 9 AM today (22nd), the Ministry of Commerce of China issued Announcement No. 23 of 2026, announcing the inclusion of 10 US entities in the export control list!
The full text of the announcement is as follows:
Announcement of the Ministry of Commerce No. 23 of 2026: Decision to include 10 US entities in the export control list.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items and Technologies", in order to safeguard national security and interests, and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has been decided to include Aveox, Inc. and 9 other US entities in the export control list (see attachment), and take the following measures:
I. Export operators are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 10 entities. Organizations and individuals from any country and region are prohibited from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to the aforementioned entities; relevant export activities currently underway shall be immediately stopped.
II. In special circumstances where export is indeed necessary, the export operator shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
This announcement shall take effect from the date of its promulgation.
